The complex incorporates a carefully restored 1920's building, which has
been officially declared and listed as one of the island's most
significant historic monuments with 31 high caliber residences.
Featuring 14 studios, 10 suites, 5 maisonettes and 2 presidential suites
(situated in the two towers of the restored building), the Nissia Hotel
offers its guests an authentic taste of luxury and tradition combined. In
fact, each spacious, carefully and tastefully furnished residence features
private bathroom, color television with satellite reception, direct-dial
telephone, independent air-conditioning/heating, a private veranda or
balcony, an open plan fully equipped kitchen, and where appropriate a fire
place and a separate living room/dining room.
Additional facilities of the Nissia Hotel include a large swimming pool,
with a section for children, and a coffee-bar/restaurant offering a choice
of refreshments, cocktails, snacks and a variety of exquisite meals.
