Regency Club: The Regency Club® is
Hyatt's "Hotel within a Hotel" concept, offering exclusive and private
accommodation for discerning Guests. The Hotel houses 20 Regency Club®
Rooms and Suites in two separate Buildings.
The Regency Club® Lounge is set in a two-storey atrium with cosy
furnishings and a Fireplace. Guests may relax here and enjoy breakfast,
warm beverages throughout the day and evening cocktails. A Terrace
overlooks the Gardens and is the perfect place to take in Greece's
fantastic weather. The Lounge also houses a Boardroom that may be used by
Regency Club® Guests for Meetings.
"Ambrosia" is the Hyatt Regency hotel's main restaurant, a showcase
of great design, with a beamed ceiling that is nearly seven metres high,
rich cherry wood and creamy marble. Huge windows open onto a sweeping
terrace and views of the lush gardens, cascading waterfall and pool. An
open kitchen allows the delicious aromas to waft through the airy
Restaurant, enticing Guests to savour the fare. A team of Chefs fire up
the burning oven and charcoal grill to turn out specialties that are
entirely based on what's in season and what's in the local market.
A superb selection of wines chosen from the fantastic array of local
vineyards including a fine selection of Italian and Spanish vintages.
Stargazers will enjoy the alfresco dining on the vast terrace that
overlooks the pool and gardens - perfect for balmy Mediterranean evenings.
Breakfast offers a charming, home-style buffet replete with hand-made
Greek and European cheeses, flaky pastries and eggs, cooked any style on
the spot. A three-course Lunch menu offers a Meze buffet, choice of Entree
and a selection of European and Greek desserts from a central table - a
perfect option for the business executive who is pressed for time.
Ambrosia seats 128 Guests indoors and is open for Breakfast from 07:00 to
11:00, for Lunch from 12:30 to 16:00, and for Dinner from 19:30 to 01:00.
"Oceana" Poolside Restaurant captures the feeling of a Greek
vacation, serving freshly caught seafood cooked on an open charcoal grill.
A shaded canopy, frosty drink or ice cream offers respite from the summer
heat. Oceana seats 120 Guests and is open daily during the warm months
from 10:00 to 20:00.
The Lobby Lounge allows Guests to gaze upon all the drama and buzz
of the hotel. Spectacular windows overlook the gardens and bathe the
lounge in sunlight. During the sun-drenched days and balmy evenings, the
Terrace is the place to sip a cool drink, aromatic blended coffee or
fragrant tea. Unique sandwich wraps, sublime fresh-fruit tarts and
honey-sweetened pastries are specialties. For a lazy afternoon, informal
meeting or a pre-dinner drink, the bar serves up icy cocktails, mocha
frappes and classic blended spirits. The Lobby Lounge seats 72 Guests
Indoors and is open daily from 11:00 to 02:00.
The Entertainment Centre, lively, casual and a magnet for the
after-work crowd. Tall cocktails and light snacks are served to guests
from a central island bar. Live or DJ music and exciting visuals are
featured on the high-tech video wall providing for a trendy and relaxed
feeling. Adjacent to the Convention Centre with a direct outside entrance,
the Entertainment Centre leads out onto an expansive terrace - a great
setting for enjoying drinks and snacks during warm evenings.
The Bar Aficionado with oversized leather armchairs, comfortable
sofas, and private seating areas, surrounded by elegant wall panelling, a
