The Ammousa Apartments are a relatively new
complex of studios and apartments with hotel services, located in a
peaceful area of Lixouri on Cephalonia, where the town meets the
surrounding countryside. About 450m to the sea and 600m to the centre of
Lixouri which has tavernas, shops, banks and bars.
The Amoussa apartments are a family run establishment. There is a small
lounge beside reception and there is a bar where breakfast can be
purchased. Ice creams are also available here. The bar has a small TV. and
air-conditioning is planned to be installed for 2003.
Studios are spacious (can sleep 3) and very clean and have a sink, fridge,
2-ring cooker and a small table. Balconies overlook the road or the
mountains behind. Apartment has a separate bedroom (double bed) and a sofa
bed in the lounge, which has another roll out bed underneath. Sleep 4
persons.
