The Aegean Palace Hotel is an A' class hotel
located in Platanias, 1 km west from Gerani, 12kms from Chania and enjoys
green, natural surroundings.
The main building of the Aegean Palace hotel houses a large open-plan
reception, lounge and bar. There is a beautiful freshwater swimming pool
with superb view, a children's pool and a pool-side restaurant. Evening
meals, if taken, are buffet style.
The Aegean Palace Hotel has a small gym, a sauna and a clay tennis court.
The 45 rooms are in a separate low-rise building, all are spacious, with
A/C, TV, mini-bar, balcony or patio and full bath/shower.
The 35 junior suites Aegean Palace are mainly double bedded with a sitting
area and have garden or sea view. The hotel has some ground floor
four-bedded rooms for families.
The 10 pool suites are bungalow style and directly overlook the sea. Each
one has its own small swimming pool - 25 sq. meters - and open air atrium
(small, completely private), a sitting area with two sofa beds, a bedroom
with double bed (the majority), full bathroom in the main bedroom, and a
full sea view walled front terrace by the pool.
